Dr. Chidi Ukandu , MBBS, MBA, MSc – Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Chidi Ukandu is a graduate of the University of Nigeria Medical School, the University of Lagos Business School and the University of Aberdeen, U.K. where he obtained an MBBS, MBA, MSc, in Medicine and Surgery, Business Administration and International Health & Management respectively. He has over 20 years experience in the Healthcare Industry spanning Clinical Management, Hospital Administration, Employee Benefit Administration and Health Project Planning and Training. Prior to joining IHMS, Dr. Ukandu has established and managed 2 health facilities; was involved in the drawing up of health systems implementation plans for 4 states in Nigeria (a World Bank & Federal Ministry of Health Project); and has served as a training consultant to top executives of more than 30 tertiary health facilities and some top private organizations in Nigeria.


Olajide A. Rotimi-Fadipe, BSc, MBA, FCA, FCIT – Chief Financial Officer.

Mrs. Rotimi-Fadipe is the Assistant Director Finance, Administration and Human Resources. She holds a B.Sc degree in Mass Communication and an MBA in International Business, from Lagos State University.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She has over 2 decades diverse experience in the areas of Financial Accounting, Administration and Human Resources.


Dr. James Ogunade, MBBS, MPH, PMP, PG Dip. Health & Social Care – Head, Medical Services

Dr. James Ogunade had his formal education in Medicine, Public Health and Project Management at the University of Ilorin, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital and Project Management College, U.K respectively. He is a certified Project Management Professional and an Associate of the Institute of Leadership and Management, London. He also holds a professional membership certificate of the Project Management Institute, U.S.A.

He has over 10 years cognate experience in healthcare services, hospital management, and health insurance operations. He is a member of the NHIS quality management and improvement committee. He worked with the NHS in U.K as a Healthcare Quality Improvement Strategic Executive before he returned to Nigeria. He has also worked and consulted for several HMOs in Nigeria.
