Professor Ogunbiyi is a graduate of the prestigious Oxford University. A fellow of the International College of Surgeons, Royal College of Surgeons and the West African College of Surgeons Prof. Ogunbiyi has more than 30 years experience in the Healthcare Industry.
He holds several corporate appointments including the chairmanship of ESL Securities, Equity and Trust Ltd and Simba Telecom Nigeria Ltd. He is also amongst others, a director in ECOBANK, Senegal, Diamond Bank Nigeria Ltd, and Universe Reinsurance Company Ltd.
Professor Ogunbiyi, has at various times being appointed into National and International Corporate Governance Positions including the Chairmanship of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital Board,Governing Council, Association of Bank Directors of Nigeria, First Vice President of the International College of Surgeons of Nigeria; Secretary, African Federation, International College of Surgeons; and Member of a World Health Organization Expert Panel.

Mr. Olowude is the Chairman of the National Insurance Corporation of Uganda, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Industrial and General Insurance Company (IGI) and a Director in several companies.
He has a very rich inter-disciplinary background. He had his formal education in Economics both at the University of Lagos and the University of Santa Clara, California, United States He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.
A self-motivated achiever, Mr. Olowude has deployed his multi disciplinary background, professionalism and vision to build a conglomerate with interests in various sectors of the Nigerian Economy.
He has delivered papers at various fora on wide ranging topics. He has a total or 28 years cognate experience in Insurance Management.
His key skills are in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Planning, Business Administration and Corporate Governance. |

As a former federal minister of education and petroleum resources, he contributed immensely to the development of those sectors and the nation in general. Mrs. Tomori has over 25 years experience as an accomplished Administrator, Human Resource Expert and Real Estate Practitioner. She was formerly with the University of Lagos where she left as the principal assistant registrar and admissions officer after 16 years of distinguished public service. She has worked variously at Coopers and Lybrand, Prudential Group, PFM Consulting and was a Deputy Director in Industrial and General Insurance Company where she was responsible for administration, human resources management and training of over 400 staffs.
Mrs. Tomori has also managed Chancellor Properties (an estate management firm), Perfect Structures Ltd (a construction company), Discovery Medical and Scientific Services Ltd. (a medical equipment supplier). Mrs. Titilayo Tomori is listed in the American International Director of Distinguished Leaders, Who is Who in Nigeria, Who is Who of Nigerian Women and Who is Who in Osun State Nigeria. Her key skills are in Administration and Human resource management. |

Dr. Chidi Ukandu is a graduate of the University of Nigeria Medical School and the University of Lagos Business School where he obtained an MBBS and MBA in Medicine and Surgery and Business Administration respectively.
He has over 16 years experience in the Healthcare Industry spanning Clinical Management, Hospital Administration, Health Project Planning and Training. In the course of his career, Dr.Ukandu has established and managed of 2 health facilities; was involved in the drawing up of health implementation plans ( a World Bank & Federal Ministry of Health Project) for 4 states in Nigeria; and served as training consultant to top executives of more than 30 tertiary health facilities. His key skills are in HMO Systems Management, Strategic Management, Training and Marketing. |
